Offer and methods
Individual sessions
In my (therapeutic) individual sessions, I combine approaches from Somatic Experiencing, client-centered coaching, and emotional work into a holistic approach. In addition to my full presence, the inclusion of the body is particularly important, as it is our body, with its wisdom, that we enter the world with, giving us joy and vitality, as well as providing the impetus for healing from traumatic experiences. Without access to our body, we are not truly present.

Somatic Experiencing
In a Somatic Experiencing session, you can work through traumatic experiences and their consequences. It's about reconnecting with yourself and your body, and experiencing it as a friend, not an enemy. The focus is on tracking and identifying bodily sensations and impulses, emotions, inner images, thoughts, and beliefs. Other essential elements in the healing process include activating resources as a counterbalance to the traumatic experience.
The trauma doesn't have to be relived in the session. And it's possible to work only with symptoms and without content (for example, with very early issues).
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: 100-120€
In person and online

Client-centered talk therapy
Here you can discuss difficult topics and situations that you would like support in solving.
"It's very rare in life that someone listens to us and truly understands us without immediately judging. This is a very powerful experience." (Carl Rogers) When this happens, you'll be able to bring about change from within yourself. Because everyone seeking help has not only the problem but also the solution within themselves, which, with the appropriate support, can become apparent through conversation.
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: 100-120€
In person and online

Stress Management
The goal here isn't to delve deeper into (traumatic) topics, but rather to improve our ability to cope with physical stress (high arousal) and strengthen our ability to self-regulate. You'll learn which exercises and approaches will enable you to better regulate (or reduce) your stress levels and thus maintain your ability to act even under high stress.
Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: 100-120€
In person and online
All services must be paid for privately and are not covered by statutory insurance. Coverage of the costs may be possible with private supplementary insurance for alternative practitioners that includes psychotherapy.
The group
In individual work, it becomes clear that many people face similar issues. These include, for example, difficulties in perceiving their own body or dealing with boundaries—their own and those of others.
I complement my offerings on these topics with group sessions. In the protected setting of a group, we can gain new experiences and expand our resources.
Practice Group
On the path to a life of greater vitality and community, awareness of our bodies is a crucial step. With exercises developed by Peter Levine, we deepen our awareness of our bodies and strengthen our resources.
We do this in a small group in a safe space. Because we need each other for mutual support and to recognize that trauma is a part of every human life. And so is healing.
Duration: 120 minutes
Cost: 25€

Seminar on boundaries
Boundaries are essential for survival. But we don't always have the courage to set them. This seminar is about developing a sense of our own boundaries and learning how to protect them. How do I recognize when my boundaries are being violated? How do I react appropriately? Am I even allowed to do that?
The seminar incorporates elements from Somatic Experiencing and Nonviolent Communication.

Somatic ExperiencingSomatic Experiencing is a body-based approach to resolving traumatic stress. Further information can be found in the relevant section.

NAPDNAPD, developed by Marianne Bentzen, stands for Neuroaffective Personality Development and is a map of brain development and personality maturation (developmental psychology). This allows both strengths and weaknesses in development to be assessed and addressed in a targeted manner. The model is based on the theory of the three-level brain (autonomic, limbic, and cognitive) and offers strategies and methods for working with each level of the brain.

Client-centered conversation Client-centered counseling is a method of talk therapy developed by Carl Rogers. It assumes that individuals possess an inherent potential for personal development and constructive life shaping, which can unfold and be realized in person-to-person encounters. This is facilitated by a fundamental attitude of support based on appreciation, empathy, and authenticity (also known as "congruence").Listenelement 2

Nonviolent communicationNonviolent Communication is a process developed by Marshall Rosenberg for successful communication and conflict resolution. Nonviolent communication means developing a mindset of understanding and empathy for people's fears, ignorance, helplessness, and insecurity, as well as for the factors that trigger (violent) behavior. The focus is on active and empathetic listening, and attempts are made to understand the needs and feelings behind our actions.

Philosophical approachesAncient philosophy, in particular, intensively explored the question of what constitutes a good life. Indeed, philosophy was understood as an exercise in living righteously. In the context of the question of a successful life (eudaimonia), there are numerous approaches to finding serenity and happiness within oneself. Furthermore, ethics provides concepts for appropriate action. Philosophy also helps with the intellectual exploration of existential questions about life and death.

Mindfulness and presenceMindfulness and presence play an important role in all spiritual paths. Through a mindful and present attitude, a space is created between people in which true encounter and transformation can take place.
